Advanced Contact Lens Fitting – Orthokeratology, Mini Scleral and Scleral Contact Lenses

There are certain situations, such as keratoconus, post-corneal graft, trauma, high prescriptions, and myopia control, in which a standard soft contact lens or pair of spectacles will not provide that crispy clear vision we all strive for.   Thankfully, in these cases, we have advanced contact lens fitting. 

Advanced contact lens fitting involves a customized, often rigid, contact lens used to either vault over an irregular cornea (Mini Sclerals for keratoconus) or reshape the cornea overnight so that you can have clear vision without glasses or contact lenses during the day (Orthokeratology).
